U.S. Postal Money Orders, Cashier's Checks

Personal Checks - please note that while we do accept personal checks, shipping will be delayed for up to 10 business days while funds clear both your bank & ours, and we confirm receipt.  Due to receipt of fraudulent checks, we must strictly inforce this policy.  If you need your kit shipped in a more timely manner, please feel free to contact us about using another payment method listed above.

Returns

Sea-Flo offers a 14 day trial/return policy. If for ANY reason your kit does not stand up to your expectations, notify us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a return/refund (less shipping costs). After the intial trial period has elapsed, we will not accept returns of used products unless covered by warranty.

Processing and shipping your order

We ship USPS Priority, preferably to your confirmed Paypal address.  If you are using an unconfirmed address via Paypal, we reserve the right to require shipping insurance at your cost.  Our shipping is done on Tuesdays and Fridays. If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email.  If you would prefer that we contact you via telephone, please include your number when placing your order.  Thank you!

International Orders
We currently only ship our kits in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.  Please contact us for shipping rates.

Sea-Flo kits and accessories are backed by a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase.   This guarantee covers craftsmanship & materials under normal use (flight testing your Sea-Flo does not constitute "normal use," for example).  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.  As Sea-Flo customers you are also strongly encouraged to register your Sea-Flo products online.  Online registration allows access to our support forums, as well as priority customer service.
