We aren't "one size fits all..."
Sea-Flo units use a custom-sized prop for each kit, ensuring the correct propeller fit for each particular Maxi-Jet pump. This is the key to a reliable start, time after time.

Practical, energy-saving construction...

The newly designed guard utilizes a softer material, making the Sea-Flo kits run even quieter, even while using a wavemaker (check our terms section for more info on wavemaker use). The starting "clack" is very reduced and almost muffled. This new material also has a vibration dampening effect that reduces prop noise.

Sea-Flo incorporates a unique adjustable hanging adapter that allows you to use the Maxi-jets factory mounting hardware. This new hanging adapter can be adjusted to direct flow in ANY direction desired! For added security we've included an extra dovetail slide to be bonded to your choice of aquarium cleaner magnets, making it the preferred mounting method; no suction cups to fail!

Using a Sea-Flo propeller modification kit will significantly drop the normally rated power consumption on your Maxi-Jet pump 20% - 25%, while simultaneously quadrupling the flow rate. This plug-and-play unit is the perfect answer to power-hungry, closed-loop circulation setups: no leaky plumbing to mess with & lower energy costs.

Efficent, space-saving design...

Sea-Flo kits use less valuable tank space compared to other "prop pumps."  A Maxi-Jet pump modified with a Sea-Flo kit is only slightly larger than the standard Maxi-Jet pump setup. This unobtrusive design lets you focus more on your tank & its inhabitants and less on the equipment running it.

Made in the USA...
With the exception of the OEM impeller magnet (made in Italy by Maxi-Jet) the entire Sea-Flo kit is made in the U.S.A. The guard is molded from 100% recycled plastic while the rest of the kit is American-made from other high-quality materials. No lead, guaranteed! In addition, Sea-Flo kits are safe to use in ALL aquariums, fresh or saltwater!
